Preparation Method

We must wash the shrimp well in the beginning, with water, lemon and vinegar, after peeling and cleaning it well. Molokhia leaves are chopped and finely chopped, so that it becomes soft. We bring a bowl and put the chopped onion, tomato, mashed garlic and coriander, and stir all these ingredients together for a quarter of an hour, then add shrimp and stir the ingredients together, add water and leave it on the fire for ten minutes. Remove the pot from the heat, put a spoonful of ghee, fry the garlic, and add this mixture to the molokhia with shrimp.
